       Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped by reputed transport/courier agencies. Customers are requested to provide complete and correct address. Pin code code is mandatory to ensure correct delivery. Deliveries will be made on business days only.

Orders are typically processed within 48-72 hours of being received. Expected shipment time is 7-15 business days, all other factors being optimum.

If you want to change postal address, customer should change it within 4 hours of placing order. If you get late to do it, email us on UANDVSHOES@GMAIL.COM

General Terms & Conditions

    • At Mondial Export, we have made it our mission to give you a wide collection of the best in footwear at unbelievable prices. We want to make you to look fabulous and to walk with comfort at all stages of life and we are committed to do everything possible to achieve that.

    • If we have not delivered a product, which we have shown in the picture or which we have committed, we will be glad to accept it back within 15 days of delivery – unused and in its original packing.

    • Any issue or claim regarding delivery will be entertained up to maximum of 30 days from the actual order delivery date. We will not assume any responsibility or liability and will not entertain any issue or claim, for non-delivery after expiry of aforesaid 30 days’ time period

    • All articles being returned for exchange/claim must be accompanied by original Invoice

    • No warranty/guarantee/exchange for articles purchased on discount or during promotion sale period.

    • Articles / product sold under any promotional scheme will not be eligible for exchange and/or refund.

    • Returns for Footwear will be accepted for damaged/ defective products and size issues only.

    • Please notify us of receipt of a damaged/defective product maximum within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Please do not accept any products with damaged/ tampered packaging (excludes normal wear & tear and markings on the outer surface of the package, acceptable in the transit process).

    • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.

    • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit.

    • The cost of sending back the merchandise for return or exchange will be borne by the customer however; the cost of sending back the exchanged pair will be borne by us.

    • After successful processing, entire refund amount, that is, price of the item will be allocated to you in your store account as a Gift Voucher. You can use the same amount on your subsequent  purchases. We can also process the refunds.

    • The decision of Mondial Export. would be considered final in all cases.
